At Ádivin we use only 4 different types of fabrics to ensure speed in our manufacturing processes.
The following are the types of fabrics we have available, their characteristics and for which products they are available.
Flag fabric
Flag fabric
The flag fabric is 100% polyester, weighs about 115g/m² and is the lightest and most dynamic. This makes it easy to fly the flag.
With these characteristics, it ensures a colour transfer of approximately 96% and is ideal for the production of Fly Banners, flags and banners with different product finishes.
Some additional features:
50% weft and 50% warp and three-thread mesh.
Dye sublimation printing in CMYK with official inks.
Air permeability: >2050l/m²
Tolerance on dimensions +/-5%.
Shrinkage when washed at 40ºC:
Long -1.5%
Width -1%
Waterproof fabric
Waterproof fabric
The 100% polyester 250g/m² waterproof fabric. It is water and UV resistant, making it ideal for products such as marquees, photocalls, banners and more.
Some characteristics:
50% weft and 50% warp and three-thread mesh.
Washing and ironing of the waterproof fabric is not recommended.
UV printing with curing and curing on one side with official inks
Satin fabric
Satin fabric
The satin fabric is 130g/m², especially for indoor use.
Its soft feel facilitates an elegant drape of the flag, making it ideal for products such as dispatch flags.
Some characteristics:
50% weft and 50% warp and 3-thread mesh.
CMYK dye sublimation printing.
Frontlit
Frontlit
The 510g/m² Frontlit, made of PVC.
It is water and air resistant, fully customisable with any design. It is ideal for advertising tarpaulins and X Banner, both with a similar finish, with aluminium eyelets in the corners or wherever it is deemed appropriate. Seamless.
Blackback
Blackback
Made of 100% polyester 260 g/m².
UV cured and dried printing on one side with official inks.
