In order to make the email change we have to help you from support, but the information you must provide us so that we can help you is the following:
Option 1- If you are a KIT customer and you have access to the old and new email:
You have to send us an email to hello@adntro.com requesting the change from your old email account and the same email requesting the change also from your new account, including the GFX number of your sample, so we can check the ownership of both accounts.
Option 2- If you uploaded your RAW from another company to ADNTRO and you have access to the old and new email:
You have to send us an email to hello@adntro.com requesting the change from your old email account and the same email requesting the change also from your new account, so we can check the ownership of both accounts.
Option 3- If you are a KIT customer and you do NOT have access to your old email:
You have to send us an email to hello@adntro.com requesting the change from your new email account including the GFX number of your sample.
If you don´t have the GFX, in order for us to verify your account ownership, please share the receipt of your purchase or if you don't have it, the last 4 digits of the card with which you made the purchase.
Option 4- If you uploaded your RAW from another company to ADNTRO and you do NOT have access to the old email:
You have to send us an email to hello@adntro.com requesting the change from your new email account. In order for us to verify the ownership of your account, also, if you have it please share the receipt of your purchase or if you don't have it, the last 4 digits of the card with which you made the purchase.
