After the initial 12-month period, we invite you to join our ADNTRO community by subscribing to one of our subscription options. By doing so, you'll continue to have access to your results, new features, and personalized recommendations based on the latest genetic discoveries. Your subscription also helps us fund the process of updating and retaining DNA studies, developing new tests, and continually enhancing our platform to serve you better.
We understand that some customers may prefer not to pay for an annual subscription. In such cases, you can print your results to keep them and you will have limited access to the platform (Ancestry Admixture report and Covid).
To assist you in making an informed decision, we will send you an email reminder one month before the end of your initial 12-month access period and each subsequent year before the end of your subscription period.
