Once you have activated the DNA kit, the logistics of returning your sample to the laboratory will vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected.

If you are in Spain, you can choose between the standard option, which takes 3 to 4 weeks, and the premium option, which reduces this time to between 6 and 9 working days.

For those in the European Union, we expect a return time of 7 to 10 business days.

In Mexico, they can expect a period of 20 to 25 working days.

For other destinations, the standard return time will be 8 to 12 working days.

In case of sending the shipment on your own, please check the tracking to confirm the arrival at our facilities. Remember that once it arrives at our facilities it has to be resent to the laboratory, so it may take up to 7 business days until you receive confirmation via email.

Once your sample arrives at the laboratory, you will receive a confirmation email.

Your tracking code may show that your sample has arrived, but you might not have received an email confirmation yet. This situation occurs because the sample reaches our facilities but is then dispatched to our laboratory, where it might not have arrived yet. The entire process from the sample's arrival at our facilities to the point when you receive a notification can take up to 7 business days. Please don't worry, this delay is part of the standard procedure.

After your sample arrives at the laboratory, your results will be ready within 15-20 business days. You'll receive an email notification once they're ready.

The entire process, from the sample shipment to the receipt of the results, typically extends approximately 4-6 weeks within the EU, and 6-8 weeks if you are outside the EU.
