How to turn on your web notifications on ADPList for your bookings

Desktop notifications on ADPList ensure you never miss important updates, such as mentorship session reminders. Below are step-by-step instructions for enabling notifications in different web browsers, with a primary focus on Google Chrome.

On the Home page:

On the Booking page:

For Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome Settings:

    • Click the three vertical dots in the top-right corner of your browser.

    • Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  2. Navigate to Notifications:

    • Scroll down and click Privacy and Security.

    • Select Site Settings, then click Notifications.

  3. Enable Notifications:

    • Ensure the "Sites can ask to send notifications" option is selected.

    • If ADPList is listed under "Blocked," click the three dots next to it and select Allow.

  4. Allow Notifications Directly from ADPList:

    • Visit the ADPList website.

    • Click the lock icon in the address bar.

    • Under "Permissions," toggle Notifications to "Allow."

For Mozilla Firefox

  1. Access Notification Settings:

    • Open Firefox and click the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner.

    • Select Settings, then go to Privacy & Security.

  2. Manage Notifications:

    • Scroll down to the Permissions section and find Notifications.

    • Click Settings next to Notifications.

  3. Enable Notifications for ADPList:

    • Locate ADPList in the list of websites.

    • Change its status to Allow, or manually add it by entering its URL.

For Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge Settings:

    • Click the three horizontal dots in the top-right corner of your browser.

    • Select Settings, then go to Cookies and Site Permissions.

  2. Enable Notifications:

    • Scroll down and click on Notifications.

    • Ensure "Ask before sending (recommended)" is turned on.

  3. Allow Notifications for ADPList:

    • If ADPList is listed under "Blocked," click on it and switch to Allow.

Additional Tips

  • If you still don’t receive notifications, check your system settings:

    • On Windows: Go to Settings > System > Notifications & Actions, and ensure notifications are enabled for your browser.

    • On Mac: Go to System Preferences > Notifications, find your browser, and enable notifications.
