One of the best ways for you to ensure that mentees booking your sessions are aligned with the kind of mentorship options is to set questions that mentees are required to answer prior to the session.
To add custom questions to your sessions, you can go to your session settings by clicking on the โ๏ธ icon on the upper-right corner of the session card.
Click on Edit Session
and it should open up your session settings. Scroll down to the bottom and you'll see the Additional options section. Under that is the Booking questions section. Click on the pencil icon on the upper-right side of the session and this will open up the ability to add any questions want to ask the mentee.
Click on the Add new question +
button to add a question. A prompt will open up that will allow you to add the question you want to ask, select the kind of answer you want to receive from mentees, and decide whether or not the question will be optional to answer.
Once done with all, click on the Add question
button and it should add the question to your session before booking.
If you'd like to edit a custom question you've created, simply click on the Edit
beside the question in order to open up the prompt to edit your question.
The prompt to edit the question will also allow you to delete the question if you want to.
