What to do if a mentee requests a refund for their session?

Refunds will be automatically processed if the session is not accepted, is canceled, or has been requested a refund before the first session commences.

Once the sessions begin, we will not process any refunds unless disputed under exceptional circumstances.

The refund dispute are handled personally by the CX Team, you can contact us directly via Intercom, email or DMing Nikki directly on Mentor Slack.
