Changed your mind about a session? Read on for our policy.

Refunds will be automatically processed if the session is not accepted/canceled before any sessions begin. Once the sessions begin, we will not process any refunds unless disputed under exceptional circumstances.

The refund dispute are handled personally by the CX Team, you can contact us directly via Intercom or email help@adplist.org.

Feel free to send more details about your refund request such as

  • Reason for refund request

  • Documentation supporting the refund request (if any)

  • Any discussion you and your mentor had regarding the refund/cancellation
