If you ever encounter booking a mentor who is not responsive to your messages and does not show up for your session, we recommend marking them a no-show and reaching out to our support team to let us know the name of the mentor.

Our Algorithm is constantly being adjusted for improved mentor display and we appreciate you flagging inactive mentors that are being displayed on search. We understand that non-responsive mentors can ruin the ADPList experience in general.
