At the moment, it's only possible to delete Group Sessions that have not yet started or a Group Session where the dates have not lapsed yet.

You can access your Group Sessions by clicking on the More tab on the left-hand menu bar of the platform:

Click on Group Sessions and it will open and list all the upcoming Group Sessions you're hosting and all the past Group Sessions you've hosted.

Click on the Manage button of a Group Session at a future date. (You can easily determine this visually because there should be a Start button beside the Manage button. Additionally, all past sessions will be under the Past Sessions section.)

Clicking on the Manage button for a future session will open the session settings, which will allow you to edit all details for the session, including session name, session description, session banner, and more.

There is a Delete button that's sticky at the bottom of the page, to delete the session. Simply click that button and then confirm the deletion.
