The statuses

  • Stopped — this status is set if the ad is not currently being displayed to users, it can be launched by clicking the corresponding button.

  • Launched — the ad is in rotation.

  • On moderation — your ad is being reviewed by a moderator.

  • Approved — the moderator has checked the ad, it complies with company policy and can be launched.

  • Rejected — the reason why the moderator made this decision will be indicated, just correct the shortcomings of your ad according to the recommendations.

  • Active — the ad can be launched at any moment if there funds on the balance.

  • Teaser limit has expired

  • Campaign limit has expired

  • User's balance has expired

  • Daily teaser limit has expired

  • Daily campaign limit has expired

  • On training — algorithms are selecting the appropriate audience for the ad

  • New — the newly created ad

  • Excluded from rotation (low efficiency) — if your ad has this status it means that it should be replaced, since it performs poorly and is not interesting to users. The new teaser should include totally different content and, preferably higher cost per click.

  • Stopped by time targeting.

Almost every status is self-explanatory, some of them can be assigned to a campaign or ad at the same time. For example: launched - on training - new.

When does ad display start?

In 5-10 minutes after passing moderation, if there are funds on the balance, the ad comes into rotation. If you have time targeting settings, the display will start in the specified time interval.
