There are several reasons why this could happen.

  • Inappropriate news topics that attract the non-target audience. To solve the problem, review the news in the database, consult with managers and replace the news with more relevant ones.

  • Reconsider your approach to the creo or replace the offer (perhaps it didn't suit the hooked audience).

  • If image/headline replacement doesn't show any results, check the audience. Most likely that's the problem.

  • Check whether your CTR/bid corresponds to the average current auction bids, this information can be found in your personal account in the "Network Volumes" section.
