Prohibited for advertising

  1. Advertising of Gambling, Betting and Adult Dating services.

  2. The topic "Earning Money" on websites is prohibited

  3. For all countries except Russia, CIS, Southeast Asia (Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, India and other countries) and Latam (Peru, Chile, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico and others) the following information on pre-landing / landing pages is required:

    • license number;

    • legal address;

    • phone number;

    • indication of the legal entity;

    • explicit description of the services;

    • service license compliance.

    To launch campaigns in EU countries it is required to get a prior approval from support. Only white offers with all the required licenses are allowed. ​

  4. Advertising of dubious products using a well-known brand.

  5. Advertising of tablet drugs and pharmacies without a license.

  6. Phishing websites, landing pages with promises of large cash prizes from well-known brands or large cash payments from the state.

  7. Creatives with a hint of statehood, using state flags, symbols, structures, employees, legislative initiatives, legal acts, national holidays and the like. This also applies to teaser texts and transition pages/landing pages.

  8. Creatives (images and teaser texts) and transition pages/landing pages imitating brands or any words reminiscent of the names of the largest companies/brands in Russia and CIS countries. This also applies to the logos of these companies/brands.

  9. Advertising of goods and services prohibited in Russia.

  10. Ads with topics: cancer, diabetes and other incurable diseases.

  11. Advertising of alcohol, hookahs, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and other smoking accessories.

Prohibited ads

1. Prohibition on disinformation and manipulation.

1.1 Replacement of pre-landing / landing pages after moderation.

1.2 Mentions of political figures, state structures, bodies and programmes.

2. Prohibition on negative attitude towards politicians and the state.

2.1 The use of negative ads about the top officials of the state and Russia.

2.2 Publication of false statements about Russia, the Armed Forces, Russian politicians, the President of Russia and their entourage.

3. Prohibition on inappropriate news and content.

3.1 Publication of news of a criminal nature, not of a mass widely publicized nature.

3.2 Placing ads of a pornographic nature. 100% nude cartoon/drawn/pictures are acceptable, but exposed body parts (bust, nipples, genitals) must not be visible. 100% nudes of real people are prohibited.

3.3 Ads with eerie photos including blood, entrails, worms and the like.

4. Prohibition on ad text content.

4.1 Making syntax and grammatical mistakes in ad headlines.

4.2 The use of uppercase letters, not in the context of abbreviations (NATO, USA and etc.).

4.3 The use of headlines on the geo Ukraine not in Ukrainian.

4.4 Text Duplication with less than 3 words being changed.

4.5 Profanity in ad texts.

5. Prohibition on visual manipulation.

5.1 Retouching images that are not for entertainment purposes.

5.2 Placing any inscriptions on images.

5.3 Zooming in/out, mirroring, photoshop of various objects, icons, arrows to the same image, duplicating advertising network creatives.

Rated PG

Requirements.

  1. Grammatically correct and stylistically consistent headline.

  2. Relevant and high-quality image.

  3. Informative, relevant and integral creative.

  4. Creative integrity.

  5. Compatibility of an image with a headline.

Prohibited.

  1. Ambiguous materials with sexual overtones.

  2. Vulgar phrases: "This trick smashes the Tricolor to pieces!".

  3. Photos of celebrities without their consent.

  4. Photoshop presence on the images.

  5. Images of people with exposed body parts (bust, belly, legs above the knees).

  6. Provocative or vulgar headlinesViolence.

  7. Topic "for adults".

  8. Misleading statements and obvious exaggerations, understatements in the form of "...".

  9. The information in the teaser text must clearly correspond to the information on the pre-landing/landing page.

Prohibited on pre-landing pages:

  1. Pre-landing pages with any TV channels, celebrity blogs, TV shows and well-known magazines as well as major brands.

  2. The use of celebrity images.

  2. Images of painful body parts.

  3. Arrows and highlights on the image.

  4. Unsightly images, such as large nails smeared with ointment and joints wrapped in something.
