We are regulated in accordance with NZ laws, and have introducer relationships with the following licensed businesses:

First Home Guardian Limited
Neither of these introducer relationships are paid, i.e. Aera 22 Opco Limited does not receive any income from them.
Aera 22 Opco Limited's income is from the marketing fee paid by developers when you buy a suitable property from them. They pay us to market their developments (but not specific properties) to Aera members as well as the wider public.
