How to Set Up Your Rebook Reminders

This article will talk you through how to set up your rebook reminder notifications in Aesthetic Nurse Software.

A rebook reminder is a reminder which can be sent to your patients to remind them to book back in for their treatment as they are due their next session.

The first thing you will need to do to set up your rebook reminder is set each of your treatment intervals up. This is how often a patient should be recieving this treatment.

From the main menu, head to settings.

Head to treatments, under the heading products.

You will then be able to select to add a new treatment into the software or choose the treatment type you would like to alter the treatment interval in.

If you are editing the treatment, you will then need to click the pencil on the specific treatment you want to change the interval on.

Then you will need to head to the treatment interval section to state how long between treatments patients should go. This could be 6 months for dermal filler but 3 months for botulinum toxin.

You also need to make sure for any treatment you would like a rebook reminder to be sent for that the 'enable rebooking reminder' is selected.

Once happy, hit update. You will need to do this for each treatment you would like a rebook reminder to be sent for.

Once you have set all your treatment intervals and selected the treatments you would like a rebooking reminder to be sent for, you will just need to turn on the reminder function.

From the side, select the settings option and then notification settings under the heading notifications.

Then, in this setting head to the rebook appointment tab.

Then you will need to select how you would like the message to be sent, either by email or text message.

After, you will just need to state how many weeks before the treatment interval is due you would like the message to be sent and hit save once happy.

If you would would like to update what is being sent to your patients through the rebooking reminder, you can do so following the steps below.

Head back to settings and then into SMS/Email templates under the heading notifications.

You will then be able to choose either the email or SMS template and select edit next to the template which says 'rebook'.

You will then be able to add what you would like the message to say in the large text box and you are able to personalise the message with the tags provided.

Once happy with your message, hit update.

Once you have set up all of the above steps, your rebook reminders will be sent to your patients reminding them to book in for their treatment at the suggested interval.
