How To Update Your Reminder Set Up

This article will talk you through how to change how your reminder message is being sent to your patients through ANS.

A reminder is a message which can be sent to your patients days or hours before their appointment to remind them of the date and time they are due in clinic. You are able to send the reminder out as an email or text message, email reminders are completely free of charge, whereas texts come at a chargeable rate.

Step 1 :

From the main menu, click to enter settings.

Step 2 :

Once in settings, head to notifications settings under the heading notifications.

Step 3 :

In the notification settings area, you will be brought to the upcoming appointment section, where you will see the reminder section. In here, you will just need to change which option is ticked for the reminder to be sent either email, text or both.

Step 4 :

Once happy with your changes, hit save and this will change the way the reminder message is to be sent to your patients.
