This article will talk you through how to edit your photo consent template within your ANS account.
Your photo consent allows you to gain consent from your patients for their photos to be stored on the software but also the possibility for the photos to be used as marketing for your social media pages. The photo consent for the patient can be found directly in the patient appointment.
To learn how to edit the photo consent template within ANS, follow our simple steps below.
Step 1 :
From the main menu, head into settings.
Step 2 :
From settings, you will just need to head into the photo consent template section under the heading compliance.
Step 3 :
Once in this section you will be able to edit the main consent template in the text box provided.
Step 4 :
You can also add tick box options to the consent in the section below and once happy hit update.
Step 5 :
Once updated this will change the template which appears in your patient record.
