This article will talk you through how to edit your terms of booking section on your online booking page for Aesthetic Nurse Software.
You may wish to edit your terms of booking for your online booking page if something has changed within your terms and conditions. You may wish to add terms of booking to your online booking page to make sure your patients agree to your cancellation policy or other policies you have in place before they are able to book an appointment.
To learn how to edit your terms of bookng in your ANS, follow our simple steps.
Step 1 :
From the main menu, head to the settings section.
Step 2 :
Then once in settings, head to terms of booking under the heading online booking.
Step 3 :
You will then be taken to a page which will contain your current terms of booking for the clinic. You can make any alterations to the statement in this box.
Step 4 :
You will also be able to update your reschedule/cancellation policy on this page.
Step 5 :
The updates to these sections will then be passed over to your online booking page. If you want patients to have to agree to the statements before they book just make sure the box is ticked.
Step 6 :
Once happy with the changes, hit save details.
