This article will talk you through how to set up your terms of booking section on your online booking page for Aesthetic Nurse Software.
You may wish to add your terms of booking to your online booking page to make sure patients agree to your cancellation policy or other policies you have in place before they are able to book an appointment.
To learn how to add your terms of booking to your ANS, follow our simple steps.
Step 1 :
From the main menu, head to the settings section.
Step 2 :
Then once in settings, head to terms of booking under the heading online booking.
Step 3 :
You will then be taken to a page where you can add any terms and conditions you have for your clinic.
Step 4 :
You will also be able to add a reschedule/cancellation policy to this section.
Step 5 :
This statement will then be added to your online booking page, but if you want patients to have to agree to the terms before the appointment is booked, you will just need to make sure you tick for them to be required.
Step 6 :
Once happy with your terms, hit save details.
Step 7 :
Once saved, this will pull through to your online booking page to allow patients to agree before they book their appointment online.
