This guide will walk through AfterSell's pricing structure and frequently asked questions related to billing.

Your pricing on AfterSell is based on which functionality is being used:


Free Trial and Positive ROI Guarantee

AfterSell is free to use for the first 30 days. The free trial start date is determined by the date the app was first installed. If you have previously uninstalled AfterSell, and are installing the app for a second time, you may have already used your 30-day free trial.

With AfterSell, you also have a Positive ROI Guarantee. If you do not see a positive ROI with AfterSell, please reach out to our team through live chat and we will make things right.


Post Purchase Upsell Pricing

AfterSell's post purchase upsell pricing is based on your total store orders each month. This means that your bill may increase or decrease based on your order volume each month.

Please Note: Store orders refer to how many total orders you have on your Shopify store each month, not orders that are generated by the app.

AfterSell's current post-purchase pricing is as follows:

For example, if you have 1500 orders on your Shopify store in the last 30 days, you will be billed $99.99. If you have 10,000 orders, you will be billed $329.99. If you have 100,000 orders, you will be billed $799.99.


Checkout Pricing (Shopify Plus Only)

AfterSell's checkout functionality is priced at $99 per month.

Checkout editing functionality is exclusive to stores on Shopify's "Shopify Plus" plan. This is a limitation created by Shopify. If you are not on Shopify Plus, you will be unable to subscribe to this plan on AfterSell.


Frequently Asked Questions

How do I change my pricing plan in AfterSell?

If you are on the Shopify Plus plan, you will have access to both the post purchase and checkout AfterSell plans. To switch between these plans, navigate to settings in the left-hand side navigation under AfterSell and then click on billing.

On this page you can switch to your desired plan.

How is the billing period determined?

Charges are prorated for the next 30 days. For example, if a charge is dated on 04/01/2024, it will correspond to the billing period of 04/01/2024 to 05/01/2024. This means that charges are calculated based on your order volume for the previous 30 days. The prorated billing approach allows for a simpler and more affordable billing structure.

Do you have enterprise pricing?

How do I get a refund?

Please reach out to us on live chat or email support@aftersell.com to request a refund. Please provide details on why you are looking for a refund, and the amount you are requesting to be refunded.

Why was I billed after uninstalling?

Shopify will collect app billing charges on the billing cycle for your Shopify subscription. So even though a charge from AfterSell may have been sent at an earlier date, it will not be collected until the next Shopify billing cycle. You can learn more here.
