Aftersell has a Positive ROI Guarantee, this means if you're paying us more than you're receiving, we'll refund you. This policy ensures fairness in billing by offering either a custom pricing adjustment or a full refund, making sure your investment in Aftersell always yields a positive return.

Eligibility Criteria for Refunds

To qualify for a refund under the Positive ROI Guarantee:

  • Your store must have paid more in Aftersell fees than the revenue directly attributable to its use during a billing period.

For instance, assume your upsell revenue during the billing cycle totals $90.

Verify Eligibility

Check your store's performance data to confirm that Aftersell fees exceeded the revenue earned from upsells during the billing cycle. This data will support your refund request and help evaluate your eligibility.

Let's also assume you received 2,300 total store orders during that billing cycle.

Based on our pricing at the time of writing, this means you’d be charged $149.99 USD for Aftersell’s post-purchase feature for that month:

Now the $90 you made during the billing cycle is less than the $149.99 that you were charged.
