Why are Network Offers Not Showing on my Confirmation Page?

Learn why your Network Offers may not be loading on your confirmation page.

There are a number of reasons why Network Offers might not appear. These include:

1. The confirmation page placement is disabled. Check that the placement is enabled.

2. The confirmation page placement has recently been enabled. After enabling, it can take up to 10 minutes to begin appearing.

3. The shipping address may be from an unsupported region. To ensure that all offers are geographically relevant to the customer, we will not show an offer to a customer from an unsupported region.

  • Supported regions include: United States, Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom

4. The thank you page is using extensibility. In order for Network Offers to show, the thank you page must be using Shopify's scripts functionality.

To check if you are using scripts, navigate to the Settings tab in your Shopify Admin and click on the Checkout tab. In the example below, the store is correctly using scripts on the Thank You Page.

Note: Your checkout page can be using extensibility while the Thank You and Order Status Pages are using scripts. This configuration will still allow Network Offers to display correctly.
