You're in full control of the units on your size charts, and shoppers can switch between cm and inches on the storefront. You fill in one unit — AI Frame calculates the other. Here's how it works.
How to set the unit
In your Shopify admin, go to Apps → AI Frame – Virtual Try-On, then click Size Chart and open your chart.
Next to the size table, choose cm or in — whichever matches the measurements you're entering.
Fill in your values in that unit and save. Switching the control converts the numbers already in the table, so you don't re-type them.
CSV import detects inches when that's what the file uses, instead of forcing cm.
💡 A little tip: select the unit you actually measure in and enter those exact numbers — that keeps the chart precise, and the conversions stay accurate too.
What shoppers see
The size chart on your storefront shows a cm / inches switch. Every shopper reads sizes in the unit they think in — centimetres or inches — from one chart.
