Shoppers should not have to hunt for sizing. In AI Frame the Size Chart is independently reachable on the product page, and it still appears beside the try-on result.
On the product page — no try-on needed
When a published Size Chart is assigned to the product, shoppers see a Size Chart link next to the Size option. One tap opens the chart. They never have to upload a photo.
If Size Recommender is on (Starter and above), they also see a Help us find your size card above Add to cart. Estimate my size asks for height, weight and gender (age optional) — no tape measure. Clothing estimates chest, waist and hip from those inputs; shoes use foot length; hats use head circumference; jewellery uses wrist or finger. Saving a Fit Profile is optional — they can leave Save my size estimate unticked and still see a size for this visit. From then on the card can read Your size: M (or the matching size), including on the size picker. Edit measurements and Start over sit under the size badge.
The app embed auto-places both. Optional theme blocks Size Chart link and Sizing assist let you pin the exact spot. See Add AI Frame to your theme.
Beside the try-on result
After a shopper generates a try-on, the result shows their preview and your Size Chart in the same view — look and fit together.
What the shopper sees in the chart
The chart shows exactly what you set up — columns and sizes (for example Size, Chest, Waist, Hip). They can switch between cm and inches. If Size Recommender is on, the matching row can be highlighted — on body charts, and on garment charts once you set fit intent and stretch. A Height Range column, when present, decides the size from height on its own.
Why independent placement matters
Look (“will it suit me?”) and fit (“will it fit me?”) are different questions. A shopper who only wants a size should get it without entering try-on. That is why Size Chart and Estimate my size sit on the product page, not only inside the widget.
To make sure shoppers see a chart, assign a published chart to the product. See How to Set Up a Size Chart for Your Products.
