Activating the Marketing Manager Add-on
The first step to activate the Marketing Manager within Aimy is to enable the “Marketing Manager” add-on. You can do this by going to Settings > Subscription > Add-on “Marketing Manager” and activating it.
After activating the add-on, you will find the Marketing Manager in the menu.
Creating and using templates
Under the “Templates” tab, you will find several standard templates (appointment confirmations, newsletters, product advice, etc.) that you can use immediately.
You can also easily customize these templates to suit your needs.
In addition, it is of course possible to create and design your own custom template and save it, so you can reuse it in the future. jouw wens.
Setting up campaigns
After creating or selecting a template, you can set up a marketing campaign under the “Campaigns” tab.
Here, you will also find an overview of all campaigns and can view their status (sent/active).
To create a new campaign, click “New Campaign” in the top-right corner.
The following pop-up will appear:
Here you can enter the details of your campaign:
Name: enter the name of your campaign (e.g. January newsletter)
Category: specify the type of campaign (information/newsletter/tips, etc.)
Type: indicate whether this is an automatic campaign or a campaign you want to send manually
Email details: specify the sender email address and the subject of the email (visible to customers)
Target audience: select who you want to send the campaign to (see example below)
Channels and status: choose the channel through which the campaign will be sent (email) and whether you want to save the campaign as a draft (inactive) or send it immediately (active)
Template: finally, select the template you want to use for the campaign (this can be a standard template or one you created yourself, as described above)
Once all fields are completed, you can save or send the campaign.
