How do I collect my order in-store?

Choosing in-store collection

When placing your order, select in-store collection and choose the correct showroom:

  • Brisbane

  • Gold Coast

  • Melbourne

Orders cannot be collected from a different branch than the one selected at checkout, unless we specifically arrange it with you.

What you’ll need

To collect in-store, bring:

  • A valid photo ID.

  • Your invoice number.

  • Any authorisation confirmation, if a third party is collecting on your behalf.

How long we hold your order

We will hold your order for 30 days from the date of the email notification stating your order is ready for collection.

If you cannot collect within this period, contact us as early as possible to discuss options. Extended storage or non-collection may attract fees or require alternative arrangements.

Orders marked as Delayed Delivery

If your order is marked as Delayed Delivery, it means we are currently awaiting stock to arrive.

To prevent errors and ensure accuracy, we do not allow partial fulfilment. This is an internal control designed to safeguard against accidental double handling or incorrect dispatch. Your order will only be released once all items in the order are available.

As soon as your order is complete and ready for collection, you will receive an email notification.
