Choosing in-store collection
When placing your order, select in-store collection and choose the correct branch:
Brisbane
Gold Coast
Melbourne
Orders cannot be collected from a different branch than the one selected at checkout, unless we specifically arrange it with you.
What you’ll need
To collect in-store, bring:
A valid photo ID.
Your invoice number or order details.
Any authorisation confirmation, if a third party is collecting on your behalf.
Collection flow
Place your order and select in-store collection at your chosen branch.
Make payment within 24 hours of receiving your invoice (see Payment terms).
We will notify you when payment is received.
We will email you when your order is ready for collection.
Visit the showroom with your photo ID and invoice details.
We verify your identity and release your order.
How long we hold your order
We will hold your order for 30 days from the date it is ready for collection.
If you cannot collect within this period, contact us as early as possible to discuss options. Extended storage or non-collection may attract fees or require alternative arrangements.
