After connecting HubSpot to Aira, install the Aira card to put Aira's company intel directly inside HubSpot: financials, ownership, people, recent news, and similar companies, on every company record's right sidebar.
What the Aira card shows
For each company in HubSpot, the Aira card displays:
Headline facts: revenue, employees, founded year.
Ownership structure: parent and key shareholders.
Key people.
Recent news from Aira's Intel feed.
Similar companies: Aira's lookalikes you might want to prospect.
It's the same data you'd see on the Aira Company card, displayed in HubSpot's familiar sidebar layout.
Open a company record in HubSpot
Inside HubSpot (not Aira), open your CRM and click any company. The record opens with the right sidebar showing whatever cards your team has configured today.
Click "Customize the right sidebar"
In the right sidebar, click the Actions menu and choose Customize the right sidebar. (If you don't see Actions, look for a pencil or gear icon near the top of the sidebar.)
You'll need HubSpot permissions to customise record layouts. If you don't see the option, ask your HubSpot admin.
Add the Aira card
The customise screen shows every available card. Find Aira in the list and add it to your sidebar layout. Drag it where you want. Most members put Aira near the top of the sidebar.
Save the layout.
Open another record to confirm
Go back to your CRM and open any other company record. The Aira card should now appear in the sidebar with the company's intel loaded.
