The Check-in Options in AirHost ONE have been completely renewed to provide not only check-in functionality but also additional features such as information sharing and upsell opportunities.
This section explains the differences in pricing plans and the migration steps.

1. Changes in Pricing Plans / Available Features
If you are already using the AirHost Check-in Option, you can continue to use AirHost ONE Check-in under your current plan.
In addition to the two existing plans, a new PREMIUM Plan has been introduced, which includes advanced features such as AI facial recognition and video chat verification.
Please note that additional fees apply if you wish to use features included in higher-tier packages.

2. Differences from the Old Check-In Options
[Pre Check-In URL]
The pre check-in URL will continue to be notified to guests using automatic messages, as before.
By migrating to the automatic message functionality on AirHost ONE, the "Pre Check-In URL" will be updated to the AirHost ONE check-in URL.
★The HMS pre check-in URL notified to guests remains valid even after migrating to AirHost ONE.
Guest information entered during HMS pre check-in will be reflected in ONE.
The check-in code remains unchanged.
[ Automated Messages ]
To use AirHost ONE Check-in, automated messages need to be set up in AirHost ONE.
We can perform the migration of your message templates on your behalf. If you would like us to do so, please let us know.

AirHost ONE's check-in now allows for tablet check-in via QR code. Also added are upsell features like pre-booking items, adding meals, and event notifications through custom menu functionality (not available on the BASIC plan).[ ゲスト用ページ ]
[Check-In Tablet App]
With the addition of new features, the check-in app on AirHost ONE has been updated. Customers using the old check-in tablet can start using it immediately after downloading the app. (For steps, see "5. Migration Procedure: Transitioning the Tablet App.")
3. Migration Procedure: Setting Up Check-In on AirHost ONE
You need to configure check-in settings on AirHost ONE.

4. Migration Procedure: Setting Up Auto Messages
To notify guests of the "Pre Check-In URL" from AirHost ONE, you need to send automatic messages from ONE.
(For instructions on setting up automatic messages, please refer to [Automated Messages] Message Content Settings.)
Insert the pre check-in URL into the automatic messages.
Add the [Pre Check-In URL] tag to the messages.
Our support staff can migrate all your automated message templates at once. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
When transitioning, turn off the HMS automatic message sending settings and turn on the AirHost ONE settings.
※Be careful: if both HMS and ONE sending settings are on, messages will be sent from both.
If you want to inform guests who have already confirmed reservations about the AirHost ONE guest page (link), send the "Pre Check-In URL (Pre Check-In URL)" separately via ONE's automatic messages ("Check-In X Days Before Message") or a message.
5. Migration Procedure: Transitioning the Tablet App
If you are using the old check-in tablet, you need to set up a new tablet app for AirHost ONE.

① Open Google Play and search for "One Stay Tablet", then install.
② Launch the app and log in with an admin account from AirHost ONE.
(Create a dedicated tablet user)
③ Enter a device name (for management purposes).
④ Select the facility and choose "Front Desk Mode" for mode.
⑤ Select the default camera to use from "Front or Back Camera."
⑥ Tap "Submit" to complete the initial setup.
※ Note: Installing the app on devices not purchased from AirHost constitutes a license violation.
[ Ordering a New Tablet ]
If your existing tablet has become outdated and you wish to order a new one, please fill out the application form via the link below. After submitting the form, our staff will contact you.
Tablet sizes and specifications are provided within the form.
Once your payment is confirmed, we will ship the configured tablet to you. Delivery typically takes about one week; however, since the tablets contain lithium batteries and must be transported by land or sea, deliveries to Okinawa and Hokkaido may take longer.
