To start creating shipping labels with Airpals, there is a one-time preliminary step required to request access to the Multi-Carrier Shipping tool. Please follow the steps below to have your account reviewed and approved:
Log in to your Airpals account using your email address.
From your dashboard, click on Multi-Carrier Shipping in the left-hand menu.
You will see a notification prompting you to complete an application.
Click Start Application.
Complete the application form with your account and business information.
Once completed, click Submit.
If you do not have business details available, you may enter your personal contact information instead.
After submission, Airpals will receive your application and one of our team members will review the information. We may contact you via phone call, text message, or email to validate the details provided.
Once the information is confirmed, your application will be approved and you will be notified that the Multi-Carrier Shipping tool is ready to use.
If the information provided cannot be validated or does not match our records, the application may be rejected and access to the tool will not be enabled.
