How can I request a refund?
If you purchased a shipping label using our Multicarrier feature and need to cancel or correct it, contact us at info@airpals.co or via live chat to request a refund.
If you need to correct a label, you may need to purchase a new one. We'll cancel the previous label upon your request through any of our channels.
Please refer to our guide on How to create a shipping label to get another shipping label.
Keep in mind:
Refunds for unused labels are processed within 15 business days from the request date but must be requested within 90 days of purchase. Used or scanned labels will not be eligible for a refund.
If a package hasn't been shipped, you can receive a refund for both the postage and insurance fees.
Once a package with insurance is shipped, the insurance fee cannot be refunded, as the coverage was active during transit.
