How can I request a refund?
If you bought a shipping label using our Multicarrier feature and need to cancel or fix it, just reach out to us at info@airpals.co or via live our chat to request a refund.
If you need to make corrections to the label, you may need to buy a new one. Once you’ve made the request, we’ll cancel the old label for you through any of our support channels.

Keep in mind:
Refunds for unused labels are processed within 15 business days of the request, but you must ask for it within 90 days of purchase.
Labels that have already been used or scanned aren’t eligible for a refund.
If a package hasn't been shipped yet, you can get a refund for both the postage and insurance fees but not for the transaction fees.
Once a package with insurance has been shipped, the insurance fee can’t be refunded since the coverage was active during transit.
