Can I ship to a P.O. Box with a label created on the Airpals website?
No, you cannot ship to a P.O. box with a label created on the Airpals website. Although Airpals' multi-carrier feature allows you to create shipments and generate labels for various carriers, it does not support deliveries to P.O. box addresses.
Keep in mind that private shipping companies like FedEx and UPS usually do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Due to these carrier limitations and restrictions, P.O. box deliveries are not supported for now via our platform.
