If the pickup is within the NYC area, Airpals can provide same-day service. We can honor a discount of 5% with a promo code. Please reach out beforehand and the team will provide the promo code.

If you purchased a FedEx shipping label and if you have FedEx account, you can schedule the pickup of your package directly from your Airpals dashboard by following these simple steps:
1. Once logged into your account, select the "Track Orders" tab and click "Create Shipment."
2. Click on "Add external shipment"
3. In the next window you can add the tracking number from FedEx, and click on "Add shipment"
4. Once added, click on "Schedule Pick-up"
5. The website will provide you with the option to schedule the pickup with FedEx, Airpals, or drop off the package yourself.
If you select the Airpals option, you will be redirected to our Same-Day Courier platform after clicking "Continue."
As a final note, once you add an external shipment to your account, a new reference ID will be assigned to it. You can also track the status of these shipments directly from your dashboard under the "Track Orders" tab.
