Control Access: Manage Usage with Project Whitelisting in AI Test Case Generator for Jira, Xray and Zephyr

Want to control which teams can use the AI Test Case Generator in your Jira instance? With Project Whitelisting, you can choose exactly which projects use the app.

This is especially helpful if you’re rolling it out gradually or want to limit usage to specific teams.

How to set it up:

  1. Go to Jira Admin Settings > Apps

  2. In the left-hand menu, expand Apps and select AI Test Case Generator

  3. Select Project Whitelist

  4. Check Enable Whitelist

  5. Choose the projects you want to include

  6. Click Add to Whitelist

  • Reduce clutter across projects

  • Give access only where it’s needed

  • Keep permissions aligned with your internal workflows
