Once your account is made by the admin, you must verify it before you can log in to your account. There are two types of verification. Email and SMS.
Email Verification
When an account is made, the user receives an email to verify whether the email is valid. You cannot log in to your account unless you verify your email. Simply click on the “Verify” button in the email received. If it does not work, copy the verification link in the email and open it in the browser. If you see an error on trying to log in, wait for a few minutes. If still you cannot log in, contact your agency.
SMS Verification

This is available if your company has subscribed to SMS. To validate a phone number, a user should open my profile from the user menu. On my “My Profile” page go to “Personal Information”, enter your phone number, and click on “Save Changes”. You will receive an SMS containing a verification code.
Mobile:
Open the user menu from the “Me” tab. Go to “Settings”. Tap on “Edit Profile”. Scroll down to contact details. Tap on the pencil icon to edit contact details. Enter your phone number and click on “Save”. You will receive an SMS containing a verification code.
