The Passwords are system-generated or set by the admin. It is always better to reset your password on your first login to something that you can remember.
To do so, follow these simple steps:
Web:
Click on your username/profile icon to open the user menu dropdown.
2. Click “Change Password”.
3. Enter the existing password in the first field and enter a new password in the other two fields.
4. Click “Save”.
Mobile:
To change your password, follow these steps:
After logging in, you will be taken to the mobile app's home screen. Tap the "Me" tab at the bottom of the screen.
After you Tap on “Me”, you will see the user menu. Click on “Settings”.
3. On the “Settings” screen, go to “Change Password”.
4. Next, on the following screen, enter your "Current Password" in the first field and your "New Password" in both the second and third fields.
After completing this, click the "Save" button. You can now log in using your updated password.
You have changed your password. You can now log in using your updated password.
