Adding sites/locations to clients

A company may have more than one working location. You can add multiple sites to each client. The Site, also called Location or Business Unit, can have separate staff. There may be situations when an employee is required in different locations. An employee can work on multiple sites.

To add sites to a client, follow these steps:

1. Click on Clients from the main menu.

2. Go to the client's row and click on Actions. From the Actions drop-down menu, select Edit.

3. On the client profile page, go to the site section and click on Add new site. A dialogue box will appear.

4. Insert a business unit name, e-mail address, phone number, address, city, postcode, and country. After adding the address, click on show location on map.

5. If you want this site to be active, tick the checkbox Active. Once done, click on save.
