Sites can also be called business units or locations. Site listing page lists all active and inactive business units. Each site contains contact information and basic details about the location/business unit.
To access the Site listing page, click on “Sites” from the main menu.
On the site listing page, click on the Site name to view the details.
The site detail page gives you detailed information about a site, including:
Location map;
Required certificates for this location;
Rate cards;
Contact persons;
Supervisors preferred or banned people;
Any existing documents linked to the site
On the site listing page, you can import or export data into the system. To do that, click on “Excel operations” to see the options. Click on “Create New Site” to add a new business unit.
Using the filters, you can search a site by name, clients, or status – whether the site is active or not.
Tick the checkbox to select a “Site” to see additional actions. Once you select a “Site” from the listing, you will see a “Selected” button at the top. It gives you 3 actions. You can set or remove departments, set or remove certificates, and set or remove supervisors.
Each row on the site listing page has an Actions button. The actions button allows you to edit or delete a site.
