This article will give you an overview of the site profile page. On this page, you can view, add, and update client company information.
On the site detail page, you can create a new site or edit the existing one. On the team section, you can add supervisors, and preferred staff, or you can add people to the banned staff list.
Below the team section, you can add notes, and you have the option to share them with clients and staff. On the right-hand side, in the settings section, you can adjust settings related to the site such as “staff confirmation required for new shift”, “staff can see open shifts” and “staff required to clock in within a zone”.
In addition to basic details, you can add additional details to the site using the sidebar links. You can add rate cards, documents, certification, and contact person. In the rate cards section, there are two subsections, rate card and staff rate.
In the document section, you can add documents related to the site. In the certification section, you can add certifications and departments. In the contact section, you can either assign existing contacts or you can add new contact persons for the site.
