We added client contact persons in the contact section. In the Financial Contacts section, you can add client contacts for accounts/finance-related matters.
When the Agency wants to contact the client to discuss or solve accounting issues, these persons will be contacted.
To add financial contacts:
1. Go to the client listing page. On the person’s (client) row, click on the Actions button and select Edit.
2. This will open the client profile. Scroll down and click on Financial Contacts from the sidebar. In this section, you can view all the contacts.
3. To add a new contact, click on Add New Contact.
4. Select title, insert name, job title, e-mail, set phone number, insert address, city, postcode, and country.
5. If you switch on “Default”, the agency will contact this client person by default or we can say that this person will be given priority when making contact with the client.
