Adding notes to the staff

Notes allow you to add important information or instructions to the staff profile. These can be either shared with clients and staff or can be internal notes.

Internal notes are not visible to staff or clients.

To add notes to the staff:

1. On the main page of the staff profile, scroll down to the Notes section.

2. Insert note title and description.

3. To share with clients or staff, click on the slider to turn on Share with Client or Share with Staff.

4. Once done, Click on Add Notes.

You should now see the newly added note. To delete the note, click the β€œx” sign in the top right corner of the note.
