The client portal allows clients to overview events and the staff assigned to those events. They can view and approve timesheets, and manage sites. Clients can also add new events and patterns.
Portal access is given by the admin/agency.
Schedule
On the schedule page, the numbers in fractions show positions filled and total positions. For example, ½ means 1 position filled out of 2 total positions. Different colours on the schedule indicate shift statuses.
Pink colour represents empty and open shifts. Shifts in green colour mean that all positions are filled. You can identify an unpublished shift on the event page with a dotted border.
For a quick view of the shifts, hover over a shift and click the view icon.
Shift Filter
Event shifts can be filtered with both sites and positions. Clients can view shifts by day, week, or month. Depending on the permission, clients can add shifts and patterns as well as edit them.
Add New Shift
To add a new shift, simply click the date box on the calendar, and insert business unit, position, bill rate, time range, and notes if any. Select the type of shift. Whether you want the agency to fill staff or it is an open shift? Once done, click on Save.
Add New Pattern
To add a pattern from the schedule page, click on the New Pattern and follow the wizard to add all details and complete the process. New shifts and patterns will appear on the schedule page and clients can view the progress as well.
Timesheets
Timesheets give clients an overview of the shifts worked. Clients can view the details of a timesheet by going to a date box and clicking on the total hours worked.
To access timesheets, hover over Schedule from the main menu and click Timesheets.
Depending on the permission, they can also edit and approve the timesheet. Timesheets can be filtered by date range, staff, site, and positions.
Sites
The site page allows clients to view, create, and manage sites. The clients can add contact persons, documents, and financial contacts to the site profiles. Clients can also export or import Site data.
