Before you start using the admin portal, it is important to understand the navigation. How to access different sections and settings. The main menu gives you access to different sections. Each menu item has a drop-down with access to different sections of the portal.
Dashboard
The dashboard gives you an overall overview of the system and the work done across the organization. It gives you an overview of the shifts, clocking, absence, timesheets, bill summary, client, stats, total hours worked, revenue, how many shifts are open, confirmed or declined, and much more.
Administration
The administration menu item gives you access to roles that later on you can assign to different users and create users. You can manage assets, visual settings to customize the theme of the portal, and settings to customize the overall settings of the portal.
Schedule
The schedule gives you access to different scheduling items like clocking, timesheets, roaster, and patterns. You can add shifts, confirm cancel or assign shifts. You can see the calendar or the list view, and you can customize the settings of the schedule as well.
Client
Client menu item allows you to add new clients and perform different actions on existing clients, and you can apply different settings by going to the settings page.
Sites
Sites or business units are different locations of a business. You can see the list and add new units if you want.
Staff
You can add new staff or perform different actions on the existing staff. You can add subcontractors. You can adjust the portal settings as well.
Absence
The last menu item is absence. Through the absence menu item, you can manage absence and unavailability, and you can customize the settings as well. It gives you access to the settings page as well.
Language
Then you have the language option. You can select different languages.
Notifications
These are notifications regarding your activity on the portal, upcoming shifts or the work completed etc.
Messages
Then you have the messaging feature. You can chat with anyone in the company using the messaging feature. You can also share files and discuss anything.
Profile Icon/Username
Depending on the display settings used at the backend, you will see a profile icon or username. Clicking on it will give you a drop-down menu using which you can log out or change your password, change your profile picture, edit your profile, and much more.
