HOW DO I ACCESS THE PARENT PORTAL?

Your studio may send you the Account Activation email which will include the link to the Parent Portal. Or your studio may include the link to the Parent Portal on their website. Once you’re on the Parent Portal website, you can bookmark/save the page for future use.


HOW DO I SET UP MY PARENT PORTAL ACCOUNT?

Received Account Activation Email:

If your studio has sent you the Account Activation email, click on the link or copy/paste the link to your browser's web address.


Once on the Parent Portal page, you will have a pop-up requesting you create and confirm your password.


Click on Set Password. You’ve created your account!!

Did not receive the Account Activation Email:

Go to your studio’s website and locate the link to the Parent Portal.


Click on the Create or Activate your Account


Select the option that matches your situation

Complete the requested information.

If your website has the embedded Parent Portal fill out the information and click on Signup.


I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD, WHAT DO I DO?

From the Parent Portal Sign In click on the Forgot password.


Enter the Email address that was used to create the Parent Portal account.


You will receive the Online Account Password Reset email*. Click on the link and reset your password .*If you do not receive the password reset email, check your Junk/Spam folder. If not there contact your studio and they can send you the email.


I ACCEPTED THE SCHOOLS' POLICIES, HOW DO I REVIEW THEM?

Log into your Parent Portal account and click on your name in the upper right-hand corner


HOW DO I EDIT MY EXISTING ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

Click on Account in the upper left-hand corner Select Account Info

You can copy the changes to Parents and/or students by checking the boxes at the bottom of the page and then selecting Save.

HOW DO I EDIT MY STUDENT'S INFORMATION?

Click on the arrow beside Students.

You can select the student's name or you can select Register All Students.

Enter the updated information. Save changes.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR CLASSES*?

Select the Student you want to register or select Register All Students. Verify your information and/or make any necessary updates.

Click Next in the bottom right-hand corner.

Continue by entering Parent 1 information. Enter your Emergency Contact Information. Enter your Credit Card Information**.

Verify and/or Edit your Student's information. Enter any Notes about the student if applicable. Select your Classes.

When you have selected all the classes for the Student select Submit Registration.

You will then review your selections and confirm the request.

If you have multiple students and selected Register All Students you will move to the next student.

When you have completed your Registration, you will be taken back to the Home Page of the Parent Portal.

*Your studio may not offer this option. If you have further questions speak with your Studio.**If your studio requires a Credit Card...The information will be entered first then you will enter your child's information.

HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT*?

You have 2 options for making payments within the Parent Portal. You can Pay Selected Charges or Pay All Open Charges. To make a payment** click on the arrow beside Transactions and make a selection.

If you opt to Pay the Selected Charges:

You'll be presented with a list of all open charges and you will check the box beside each charge that you would like to pay.

If you are opting to pay a portion of the charge then use the Amt. paid box and enter the amount you're paying.

Click Next in the bottom right-hand corner.

Review your selections and make any corrections to the amount.

Click Next

On the Submit Payment page, you will be able to use the credit card you have on file or you can enter a new card for a one-time payment.

If you opt to Pay All Open Charges:

This option provides a quick way to make a payment towards all open charges from one screen. You will not be allowed to change the amount you are paying with this option.

All charges to be paid will be on the table. To expand the table to view the charges use the arrow. The Payment Amount will be at the top of the chart.

To enter the payment information scroll down and select Saved Card, to use the credit card on file.

Select Submit Payment.

*Your studio may not offer this option. If you have further questions speak with your Studio.

**If you want to view your Transactions before making a payment, select View Transactions FYI: You cannot pay over the amount of the charge.

HOW DO I SAVE A CREDIT CARD TO MY ACCOUNT*?

The parent portal allows you, the Parent, to save a credit card for future payments. See the next question if you are interested in setting up Recurring Billing.

From anywhere within the Parent Portal click on the arrow beside Account.

Select Credit Card Info

Enter your card information

Select Save and Replace .*Your studio may not offer this option. If you have further questions speak with your Studio.

HOW DO I SET UP RECURRING BILLING*?

From anywhere within the Parent Portal click on the arrow beside AccountSelect Credit Card Info

If you have a Saved Credit Card on File just check the box beside “Use Credit Card for recurring billing”. Select Save and Replace at the bottom of the page.

Accessing the Online Class from the Parent Portal:

  • Log into your parent account.

  • Click on the student.

  • Click on the Classes tab.

  • Click the button on the right to access the Online Class.

  • Use the calendar field to choose the day of the class meeting.

  • If you set a tuition amount, the parent is prompted to pay before accessing the class link.

How do I subscribe to Texting?

From the Account Info page within the Parent Portal, you can opt to be subscribed to your studio's text messaging. Once you have entered your cell phone number, check the box below to be subscribed.

Is there an app for the Parent Portal?

Yes, we do have an app that can be downloaded on your phone. Your studio must be updated to allow access to the app. Our Parent Portal will automatically adjust to fit the screen for any device you log in from. You can easily Bookmark/Save the Parent Portal link on all of your devices.

I set up a 2nd account in error, how do I correct that?

If you are an existing customer but register for the Parent Portal with an email address not in your studio’s files then a 2nd account will be created for you. No need to worry!! Just contact your studio by phone or email and let them know.

How do I Subscribe to Texting:

You can subscribe to texting by visiting the Parent Portal or by texting your studio.

You can also subscribe by texting your studio's text number. Your studio will provide their text number. You will text Start to that number and will be automatically subscribed to receive texts.
