Out of college, and train them. Experienced is unlikely, sort of contradictory. Since good ones move up in the ranks and become AE’s or Sales people or they move into marketing.
SDR took 2 months to be fully up to speed and generated 30 leads per week. The salesperson we trained closed nothing for 3 months, then roughly paid for himself in the next 6 months. The two years since then he’s generated over 1/3 of total revenue (aka millions)
