We were considering switching off of AWS for either Aptible or Datica to help with compliance. Thoughts?

Aptible goes above and beyond HIPAA. It brings customers much more peach of mind to know that it's managed by a 3rd party vs being managed in-house. One great thing about Aptible is that the founder will act as your liaison during any HIPAA audits. They also help with any of the softer HIPAA requirements (like employee training or risk management plans). They put together a risk assessment based on your custom infrastructure.
