Has anyone used usersnap for capturing customer feedback (it easily lets you take screenshots) and any other cheaper alternatives?

Would recommend you pair usersnap with the free tier of fullstory to dig into user behavior in detail. 

Here are solutions to really dig in:

  1. amplitude for event tracking

  2. fullstory to dig into individual users

  3. intercom to capture direct feedback

Coupled to that is very human/design centered process 

  1. regular customer success check ins 

  2. design synth process to add feedback to our roadmap

  3. trello for our product roadmap with weekly senior leadership review
