Your Customer Advisory Board (CAB) is composed of your Perfect User. In our experience, the conversion rates on invitations to have your Perfect Customer join an Advisory Board are MUCH higher than asking Customers to hear a pitch (be it for "Customer Development" or "Sales".)
As a first step, if you have not done so already, we strongly recommend forming a Customer Advisory Board. As a reminder, your goal was to get 4 members by this point.
Please go through the steps outlined here to think through your perfect user and generate leads. You can find emails with services like LeadIQ or GetEmail.io.
Once you have your leads, use the email template below to reach out to them either via email or LinkedIn InMail. Make sure to attach a nice one pager.

Once you have someone interested in joining your CAB, send them an email back with the terms of the agreement. (CAB Agreement Template) Remember, do not let the shares component be a non-starter.
