We have our clients on our slack channel to give them easier access. But there is this client who keeps tagging all our team members in every thread message. It’s super annoying and distracting. Any suggestions how to tell them not to do this?

Sounds like you just need to set some ground rules with them. if it’s super critical then do this. if not, then the expectation is that we’ll get back to you in X time. etc etc

Can also assign one dedicated touchpoint for them to reach out to.
