Now, create a doc with the steps below and complete each of them.
Define Your target customer, and explain how you came up with the criteria. Define based on industry, geography, title, function, etc. As detailed as you can make it.
Criteria: Customers building real time apps like payments, sharing real time video like periscope etc
Target customer: App makers needing quick response over mobile networks: like Periscope, Instagram, Uber, AirBnB, Facebook, Mobile payments, Mobile Ad Networks
Judging Criteria: Do your assumptions sound reasonable for the criteria used for your target customer?
Identify 50 target customers on LinkedIn or through other lead gen sources.
Write out Your Email Template for reaching out to a cold customer leads
Judging Criteria: Is the email less than 2 paragraphs? How compelling is the subject line?
