Constant Contact has the best editor and every type of campaign/resend/piece of logic you want while MailChimp is free, it is slightly harder than Constant Contact.
A lot of sales people use Woodpecker.
If you're looking for drip campaigns, you can use ActiveCampaign.
HubSpot is more "startup friendly" though it has some annoying quirks e.g.: duplicate companies must be merged via UI only etc.
